You should not take D alone, it should always be taken with K as it can cause issues with your arteries :)

Started taking this vitamin several months back. My levels went up but this is a synthetic made vitamin. Anything that says DL in front of the ingredient means that it is synthetically made. It's best to take the natural form. My doctor has suggested there are other vitamins that are better on the market for me. I've stopped taking this. When I started taking another product my levels drastically increased. I also felt so much better. I have many MAJOR medical conditions in which I felt a dramatic difference!

Called the help line they assured that the Gelatin is from Beef.

D3 without k2 can cause problems in our bodies. Other brands are beginning to add the k2 to their d3 and its still a tiny pill. After all these years, I'll be switching if i need to pop an extra pill taking this brand.

Would recommend adding K2(MK7)200 mcg to each capsule for better utilization of Calcium.

This one does NOT have USP approval and has toxic BHT preservative in the ingredients label
