Low Vit D is apparently something that happens to us 50+ folks. My doctor prescribed 50,000 units every other day at one point, later once a week. After that last round of prescription strength, I discovered these and started taking them daily. For the last three years my Vit D levels have remained within the correct perimeters. I know they will help prevent bone density issues down the road and help keep my immune system strong. As long as Sam Club keeps selling them, I will continue to purchase at this strength.

Ive used this product for years now, all because i was originally at 18% Vitamin D. I took these religiously twice daily as suggested by a Dr for a year and my D level went to 47%

We have used the Member's Mark Vitamins for years. Just as good as the well known higher priced brand.

My doc recommends taking one of these with my calcium tablet daily. Sam’sClub has a fresh supply and for an affordable price as opposed to drug stores or health food stores. This bottle will last for over a year at 400 doses per container. Thumbs up!

Winter blues are managed better with daily doses of Vit D. I was deficient per lab work in past and always had the February downs- vitamin D was a better solution than anti-depressant! Avoid deficiency- fortified food & OJ for C, ALONE are NOT ENOUGH!

Works Well, doctor states my Vitamin D levels are at good levels. Ordered in April 2023 & bottle has a Best if used by date of 03/2025. have to get these by mail, as the 125mcg version isn't carried by the local Sam's, but as look as they won't expire before I use them, that is fine. I'll use up all the 400 softgels before the Best By date is reached.

Seems to work, inexpensive, I've been taking for years, have good bone density, I'm 70. I think Vit D supplement and possibly adding calcium is better to increase bone density than all that other dangerous prescription medication put together. Just have to stick with it. Try it over 2 years or so if you have "thin bones" and recheck.

Good price for just D3, but according the recent research would work more efficiently when combined with K2.
