Seems to work, inexpensive, I've been taking for years, have good bone density, I'm 70. I think Vit D supplement and possibly adding calcium is better to increase bone density than all that other dangerous prescription medication put together. Just have to stick with it. Try it over 2 years or so if you have "thin bones" and recheck.

Been using over a year now. Almost time to purchase another bottle. Not all vitamin d3 supplements are created equal for good results. In 2023 i was using another brand I thought I could trust. Vitamin d bloodwork test results are supposed to be between 30-100. On 12/2023 my level was 24. Too low. I switched to the Members Mark brand. 8/2024 bloodwork came back 32. And the latest test 8/2025 came back 41. Its gradually getting better and better. I also take a separate K2 supplement at the same time. It helps to deliver the d3 to the appropriate location, instead of turning into calcification in your veins and arteries. Which is not a good thing. This is a great proven product at a great price.

Have been taking these ever since have low Vitamin D level and have had normal readings so I guess they work.

Ive been using these D3 vitamins for about 8 years. My medical lab tests have constantly shown a good level of D in my system. Also, D3 is very helpful with reducing pain i experience from peripheral neuropathy.

My wife and I have taken these for a couple of years. We don't spend much time in the sun so these are our substitute. My blood tests indicate normal Vitamin D level.

Per my PCP I need to take Vitamin D supplements. I take one softgel daily. I don't trust every retailer of supplements but I do have fait in Sam's Club's products.

Very good value for D3

Two of these daily is enough to keep all sicknesses away. My D level used to only be 4 ng/mL. Because of that I suffered from over 12 years of chronic sinus, ear, throat, and lung infections. Fortunately 18 years ago somebody told me about D3 and I increased my level to 96 ng/mL. Since that time I have not been sick at all which has been over 18 years.
