The probiotic strains are great, but the capsules aren’t enteric coated, so the bacteria won’t make it to your gut.

This works for me.  I aways had a bloated feeling after dinner and now after taking 1 a day before dinner that feeling went away.

I was using Garden of Life and switched to this for a cheaper bulk option. Difference noted! Too strong for my stomach with unpleasant side effects. Try getting a reputable brand that is certified in good manufacturing processes. Also, NSF is great (certified for sport) which means you are getting exactly what the content label says. Purity is crucial for athletes.

Physician’s Choice, the name speaks for itself. Great value for the money. The recommended dose is one tablet per day. Similar products were recommending taking two tablets or more. Therefore, the bottle wouldn’t last as long.
