I have gut issues, namely IBS-C. I have tried several probiotics but this has been the only one that keeps me less bloated and regular. I have been using it for a couple of years now and I can tell if I miss days. Just recently, I've paired this with the digestive enzyme (same brand) and my tummy issues are non existent.

I heard about probiotics helping with skin disorders. My hand eczema was pretty bad. I was using prescription potent steriod ointment almost daily and it was still out of control. I thought what could it hurt to try probiotics. I researched an article with a specific strain, it's in this blend at a high enough dosage for adult eczema. Ironically as stated in the name of this product, this was recommended by a physician. I bought a bottle from Sam's and decided to give it a full 2 months before making an opinion on it's effectiveness. It worked well and because of that my husband wanted to try it. He does not eat healthy and naturally has digestive issues due to his poor choices. This proved to be effective on him as well. He doesn't have as many symptoms and yes it regulates bowel movements. I've also noticed an improvement in my complexion and energy levels.
