I typically get my probiotics from the local heath store. They have 30 capsules. Sam's version is very similar in regards to strains has 84 capsules. The cost is the same for each so Sam’s is a great value!

I donated the right lobe of my liver to a friend and subsequently had to lose my gallbladder since it's on that side. I started having loose stools from the continuous release of bile acids into my GI tract and I know its wrecking havoc on my gut biome. I actually had started gaining weight because my body thought I was starving. Instead of asking my transplant surgeon or a GI doctor for prescription medications, I decided to try this. I've been on it for 5ish months now and I'm finally seeing my weight start to go back to normal, I'm not as hungry like before and no loose stools. My stools adjust back to normal within a couple weeks and my weight within the first couple months. Oh..and my hair is falling out less - I assume because I'm finally getting the nutrients from my food again. Its not everyone's fix, but it has really helped me and my situation. Also it doesn't interact with medications like other things would.

Took these probiotics for 6 weeks based on positive reviews. Two weeks in I started experiencing excruciating lower abdominal pain. After 4 weeks of pain and extensive testin, blood work and imaging everything turned up negative. I then had to eliminate all foods, vitamins and supplements to get to the bottom of my pain. Within one day of stopping these probiotics my abdominal pain was gone and I’ve been able to put my normal foods and vitamins back into my diet without any pain coming back. Not sure what’s in this but it’s not good. Please pay attention to the negative reviews.

Despite my usual practice of reading reviews from various sites, I only read the reviews on Sam's before purchasing the Womans and Mens. This decision led to a severe negative experience. Both my partner and I were in a miserable state, dealing with bloating, cramping, excessive gas & heartburn. Do your research off this site; we are not the only ones experiencing this negative response. I hope you are lucky and tolerate it.

Ironically as stated in the name of this product, this was recommended by a physician. I bought a bottle from Sam's and decided to give it a full 2 months before making an opinion on it's effectiveness. It worked well and because of that my husband wanted to try it. He does not eat healthy and naturally has digestive issues due to his poor choices. This proved to be effective on him as well. He doesn't have as many symptoms and yes it regulates bowel movements. I've also noticed an improvement in my complexion and energy levels.

This is straight up. Poison do not buy unless you want stomach problems. My stomach was fine prior to taking this thought, I'd try it out, been taking for several weeks. All of a sudden, it starts to cause stomach issues severe cramping, bad gas, which I never had before tried limiting. To every other day, same issue do not buy unless you like stomach, cramps and gas, tha this is for you.

I heard about probiotics helping with skin disorders. My hand eczema was pretty bad. I was using prescription potent steriod ointment almost daily and it was still out of control. I thought what could it hurt to try probiotics. I researched an article with a specific strain, it's in this blend at a high enough dosage for adult eczema. After 2 weeks i saw results, after a month it's controlled with 90% clearance. Hope this helps someone else on the fence about trying it! Good luck!

This is a great product for gut health as well as keeping eczema at bay. I used this for the probiotic benefits, but found that it prevented my eczema from flaring up. I ran out of the product, and then the eczema returned. So, now I try to consistently keep this product on hand. I would definitely recommend this product for both the probiotic benefits and eczema relief!

Haven’t taken it long enough to really tell much about it. Shipment was delayed to begin with then Fedex delivered to the wrong house, but I did finally get it. I was then out of town so it was on my porch for a while. Hoping this didn’t reduce the quality.
