Have taken this brand of probiotic for 2 months now. A mild pain in my lower right abdomen has disappeared. Cannot necessarily say that this supplement led to this improvement. I have had digestive issues for decades. I have used many types of probiotics and this one seems the most ineffective of all prior ones. Very disappointing the "60 Billion" is what caught my eye. I thought this product may have a broader spectrum keeping my digestive system moving. It did not.
