I donated the right lobe of my liver to a friend and subsequently had to lose my gallbladder since it's on that side. I started having loose stools from the continuous release of bile acids into my GI tract and I know its wrecking havoc on my gut biome. I actually had started gaining weight because my body thought I was starving. Instead of asking my transplant surgeon or a GI doctor for prescription medications, I decided to try this. I've been on it for 5ish months now and I'm finally seeing my weight start to go back to normal, I'm not as hungry like before and no loose stools. My stools adjust back to normal within a couple weeks and my weight within the first couple months. Oh..and my hair is falling out less - I assume because I'm finally getting the nutrients from my food again. Its not everyone's fix, but it has really helped me and my situation. Also it doesn't interact with medications like other things would.

This has been a game changer. I no longer have heart burn, acid reflux, constipation, and overall just feel better. I’ve gotten several friends and family members to try it as well and they too had several benefits from taking it.

Have taken this brand of probiotic for 2 months now. A mild pain in my lower right abdomen has disappeared. Cannot necessarily say that this supplement led to this improvement. However, gut health is an emerging area of interest by many, and I personally believe these extra “good bacteria” have improved my overall health and feeling of wellness.

I like these and they seem to work well especially after antibiotics. The capsules are larger but overall they have really helped my gut more than say Activia.

Try getting a reputable brand that is certified in good manufacturing processes. Also, NSF is great (certified for sport) which means you are getting exactly what the content label says. Purity is crucial for athletes.

I have had digestive issues for decades. I have used many types of probiotics and this one seems the most ineffective of all prior ones. Very disappointing the "60 Billion" is what caught my eye. I thought this product may have a broader spectrum keeping my digestive system moving. It did not.
