I'm a female and 59 years old and have been using this product for a couple of years now. After trying two other probiotics, this product far outperforms the others to assist in regulating vaginal and intestinal bacteria.

These are equivalent to the Renew Life probiotics I've been using - just a little more expensive if Instant Savings aren't available - but still better pricing than at the local drug store!
