The probiotic strains are great, but the capsules aren’t enteric coated, so the bacteria won’t make it to your gut.

Great product and definitely a regular. The ingredients are 2nd to none and the formula is tier one.

I got this to poop better. I’ve had a few days here and there of pooping better(more solid less liquid)

To soon to tell the long term effects, but the 60 Billion CFU is the largest over-the-counter dose I have seen.

Within days stomach was very achy so I skipped a meal. When I ate that night it caused sharp stomach pains and vomit. Lasted most of a sleepless night. No gas. No fever. Stopped taking it next morning. Felt better by that night.

haven't used long enough but wanted to say it should have a flip up cap instead of unscrewing every time. come on, basic stuff. every other supplement has flip tops now.
