I like that they are made in the USA and that they are free from a bunch of bad ingredients (soy, gluten, GMOs, etc.). You only have to take 1 a day and this is almost a 3-month supply (84 capsules). It had a far-our expiration date (03-2024). These make me feel like I can fight off other sicknesses and keep a healthy gut and digestive system. These capsules are easy to incorporate into any routine. Highly recommend as I take them everyday!
