I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. These probiotics are easy to swallow. They are unflavored which is nice to take quickly with water or coffee. It's nice to ensure that I am taking care of my gut.

I began taking Probiotics after bariatric surgery. They were required after the initial surgery to help prevent bloating and such. I am 3 years out and still use these religiously. I highly recommend them.
