I'm a big proponent for helping with digestion and anti bloating. So far, I've been very pleased with this and will continue using for my better balance.

I was impressed with the high number of CFUs (60 billion). I like that these do not require refrigeration and that you only have to take one a day. After about 2 weeks I noticed that these helped regulate my bathroom schedule. I would definitely buy them again!

This is the first priobiotic that really works for me. I noticed that after a week of taking this amazing capsules my total gut changes my occasional heart burns stops, no more do I feel constipated and I have normal regular bowel movements without any restrictions. Since taking this product, I have noticed I have less bloating and discomfort. In addition, while I don't always have access to yogurts in a fridge, the capsule don't have to be refrigerated ! I began taking Probiotics after bariatric surgery. They were required after the initial surgery to help prevent bloating and such. I am 3 years out and still use these religiously. I highly recommend them.
