This probiotic seems to be helping with my bloating and heartburn much more than other probiotics that I've taken in the past, that have never seemed to make a difference. I have not taken this long enough to say for sure if it has helped with my immunity but so far knock on wood I have not been sick. The capsules do not have that odd smell or flavor like other brands I have taken in the past. My gut is surely thankful that I have found these.

When you put them in your mouth they don't get really sticky so they are very easy to swallow. Everything is working well and I've been using the bathroom almost daily (for a female and myself this is a blessing). I'm glad these don't have to be refrigerated because I would forget about them in there.

It's nice to have a probiotic that doesn't need to be refrigerated because in my experience, I either forget to put it there or forget to take them when they are in the fridge! The product is Non-GMO, gluten-free, has acid-resistant capsules that protect the probiotics through the gut, and it's only one capsule a day. There are 10 strains, along with a three-prebiotic blend. I really love the digestive support and look forward to having a good, healthy gut for at least the next couple months!

I like that they are made in the USA and that they are free from a bunch of bad ingredients (soy, gluten, GMOs, etc.). You only have to take 1 a day and this is almost a 3-month supply (84 capsules). It had a far-our expiration date (03-2024). These make me feel like I can fight off other sicknesses and keep a healthy gut and digestive system. These capsules are easy to incorporate into any routine. Highly recommend as I take them everyday!
