I love that each piece is vacuum sealed, skinless, boneless. So I can thaw out just what I need. And the portions are big! Bigger than I expected. Cooked up nice and moist and flaky. Most importantly, they didn't taste extremely fishy. There was just a tiny hint of "fishy-ness" to me. But honestly, they are the best frozen Salmon fillets I've found yet. My husband raved about them, and I actually enjoyed eating it, instead of 'just forcing it down despite the fishy taste because it's good for me'. Didn't love that I had to thaw them in the fridge because they weren't thawed in time for dinner, so had to wait til the next day, but now I know for next time. I will definitely make these a regular staple in my freezer from now on.

This was excellent! Grilled two of the thicker pieces on a fajita pan and put on the charcoal grill. They turned out great, with a light seer and moist and flaky! Delicious, I put another bag of this in my cart for next month! It says 10 servings, but there are 6 pieces. 3 meals for the two of us for $21. Not bad at all!

I’ve bought this brand several times . Reason for buying was the count of salmon . Package should have 10 servings but each time I’ve purchased the bag has come up short ! The bag only has between 6 to 7 pc’s of salmon . The salmon is of good quality but dollar value is not what the packaging states.

The majority of the portions appeared to be scraps and were falling apart as I opened the single-serve packs. Some pieces even resembled chicken in color, which was confusing and unappealing. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the appearance and the quality of the product. It did not meet expectations.

FYI: This Salmon had no fishy taste, which we love. Thawed in refrigerator overnight (24 hours) and put a Lemon Herb paste and used the air fryer that has a temp probe. Turn halfway thru, around 100 degrees internally and when 165 degrees took them out, waited 10 minutes for rest period. Wonderful taste and so yummy. Will definitely keep buying this Salmon.

Not the same as previously sold in 3lb bag. This ‘new’ members mark Atlantic salmon must come from a different part of the Atlantic than its members mark predecessor. It’s very light pink vs. the previous version that was a deep pink and was the best frozen salmon around (we’ve used previous version for several years…see pic). The taste difference is obvious.

We don't like the skin on salmon but we have been buying it because it is wild caught. However, I tried the members mark boneless, skinless, farm raised salmon and found the quality to be quite good. We are happy to find an alternative to skin on, one that cooks up well and taste good. Now for a few extra bucks we don't have to deal with the oily soft skin in our plates. Yes, I recommend this product.

I’ve been buying these for years but without warning the product has decreased in quality by a lot. However, the price is still the same. I went back and bout another hoping I just got a bad bag the first time but no. They are now lighter in color and have a mushier texture.

I buy this product weekly due to the great Omega 3s they provide for mental health. However, these are NOT the same as the previous frozen Salmon Filets - much less healthy. The previous product was from the very clean waters of Scandanavia, raised in large sea cages with a "density" of only a 2.5% by volume total occupancy of salmon. This new product has NO DATA on the density and I can't find that data. It IS grown in the waters off Chile which, if at the far south (Patagonia), at least the water would be cold and clean, but it doesn't SAY Patagonia. The filets are otherwise the same size as what we are used to.

I've been purchasing this for years now and all of a sudden, the price has CLIMBED; which is the reason I had to stop purchasing for a while. Now, it's just when I can afford to spend a little extra and the other meat I'm looking for is out of stock. I love this salmon and so does my family; but given the escalating inflation in price, while selling their LOYAL customers SHRINKAGE in "sizes, I have to make smart financial choices. I'm surprised at Sam's Club, being a warehouse, would think the customers, at least this customer, wouldn't notice. We're paying a whole LOT MORE and getting a WHOLE LOT LESS.
