FYI: This Salmon had no fishy taste, which we love. Thawed in refrigerator overnight (24 hours) and put a Lemon Herb paste and used the air fryer that has a temp probe. Turn halfway thru, around 100 degrees internally and when 165 degrees took them out, waited 10 minutes for rest period. Wonderful taste and so yummy. Will definitely keep buying this Salmon.

These are very good. We are trying to add fish to our diet, having been raised on beef, so we tried these and were happy with the individual packaging so we could air fry up just what we needed. Taste and texture was very good. Will keep these on the grocery list.

I've been purchasing this for years now and all of a sudden, the price has CLIMBED; which is the reason I had to stop purchasing for a while. Now, it's just when I can afford to spend a little extra and the other meat I'm looking for is out of stock. I love this salmon and so does my family; but given the escalating inflation in price, while selling their LOYAL customers SHRINKAGE in "sizes, I have to make smart financial choices. I'm surprised at Sam's Club, being a warehouse, would think the customers, at least this customer, wouldn't notice. We're paying a whole LOT MORE and getting a WHOLE LOT LESS.

Been eating this salmon from Sam’s Club for over a dozen years. Very tasty when grilled and also pan fried… we make a special sauce from mayonnaise, yellow mustard and old bay seasoning….which makes the salmon very enjoyable…

It is the perfect sized portion. I thaw it, put a little olive oil and butter in the pan, season it with Kinder and cook it just until the very center is a little rare. Ive only come across a bone once in the hundreds of portions I've eaten. I take the thinner ends of the portions and cut them off and keep them for salads then I quickly sautee them and use them with baby spinach, balsamic vinegar, and dried cranberries and ita fantastic.

I've been purchasing this for a very long time and love the convenience of having frozen fillets. I didn't give it a 5 star as I would have in the past. The selection of the pieces is not what it used to be. There seems to be more pieces from the tail end of the salmon instead of the middle. This causes the pieces to be less uniform in size and there is more blue vein in the tail end. I don't care for the blue vein so I generally scrap the off after cooking. The lack of uniform pieces makes it more difficult for grilling also. I have become a little more disappointed in the product but do continue to buy it.

It's good to have an even number of pieces. One thing that really stands out is the lack of the fishy tasting gray skin on the underside of each piece. We always scrape that part off, and there was very little to have to scrape. Love that. I wish the price was a little less.

The product has changed in the last year. The pieces are thin, not a decent cut like they used to be go back to whoever you was getting it from prior to now.

I've purchased these salmon fillets for over 20 years, but the quality has declined over the past year. The fillets in the same package vary too much in size and thickness, making it difficult to cook them evenly. I hope Sam's Club improves the consistency.

Not truly boneless I’ve gotten this multiple times and the the past two times they’ve had bones. I thought the first time it was a fluke so that’s why I got them the second time but now I will not purchase again
