These salmon portions are just right for the spouse and I. Thaw a couple for dinner and we're good to go. Usually with rice. Jasmine rice from Sam's. The grandkids like them too.

Perfect portion size for our family dinner (6-7 oz per filet). No skin is greatly appreciated (some diners don't want it on their plate). High quality product at a great price.

I've been purchasing this for years now and all of a sudden, the price has CLIMBED; which is the reason I had to stop purchasing for a while. Now, it's just when I can afford to spend a little extra and the other meat I'm looking for is out of stock. I love this salmon and so does my family; but given the escalating inflation in price, while selling their LOYAL customers SHRINKAGE in "sizes, I have to make smart financial choices. I'm surprised at Sam's Club, being a warehouse, would think the customers, at least this customer, wouldn't notice. We're paying a whole LOT MORE and getting a WHOLE LOT LESS.

FYI: This Salmon had no fishy taste, which we love. Thawed in refrigerator overnight (24 hours) and put a Lemon Herb paste and used the air fryer that has a temp probe. Turn halfway thru, around 100 degrees internally and when 165 degrees took them out, waited 10 minutes for rest period. Wonderful taste and so yummy. Will definitely keep buying this Salmon.

Not truly boneless I've gotten this multiple times and the the past two times they've had bones. I thought the first time it was a fluke so that's why I got them the second time but now I will not purchase again

Not usually a fan of frozen salmon, but these portions are really tasty. Texture is closer to fresh than most frozen salmon portions, and keep very well. I have repeated bought these and enjoy them baked with a topping of equal parts of mayo and sour cream with fresh dill mixed in and baked. Delicious

We don't like the skin on salmon but we have been buying it because it is wild caught. However, I tried the members mark boneless, skinless, farm raised salmon and found the quality to be quite good. We are happy to find an alternative to skin on, one that cooks up well and taste good. Now for a few extra bucks we don't have to deal with the oily soft skin in our plates. Yes, I recommend this product.

This salmon is every bit as good as whole the side of salmon that you can purchase in Sam's meat section of the store. I used to mess around with the whole side and portion it into filet strips much like the illustration on the package. Buying the salmon already portioned saves lot of prep time. Defrost, marinate, grill and eat. So why the three star rating? The photo on the bag is very misleading. All of the portions are not cut evenly as the photo indicates. The thin tapered tail end makes up a portion on what's in the bag and hardly enough to make a meal out of. If all of the portions were like the illustration leads you to believe it would have earned a five star rating for sure.

Not the same as previously sold in 3lb bag. This ‘new’ members mark Atlantic salmon must come from a different part of the Atlantic than its members mark predecessor. It’s very light pink vs. the previous version that was a deep pink and was the best frozen salmon around (we’ve used previous version for several years…see pic). The taste difference is obvious.

My wife loves salmon. I have found that Member's Mark hits the spot for her. The "portions" aren't uniformly sized like the "fillets" but that doesn't affect their delicious taste. They're very convenient being individually vacuum-packed and frozen in great portion sizes. They are also lower in price. She loves them, so they're fine with me!
