About this item
Aromas of allspice, orange peel, anise, oak, char and caramel. On the palate, there are sweet hints of caramel and vanilla, followed by rye-spice and mint. Whistle Pig rye whiskey has a long finish with warm butterscotch and caramel.

They rescued the stock from misuse as a blending whiskey, aged it in new American Oak, then hand-bottled this rye on its own.
