Member's Mark™ Cream Cheese icing is great for restaurants, catering, bakeries and large events. This buttercream icing is ready to use for cinnamon rolls, cakes and other fine pastries; it's the perfect finishing touch to any dessert.

Members will love the sweet and smooth buttercream texture of this icing. The cream cheese flavor adds a great tang that will balance the sweetness of a cinnamon roll or complement a red velvet cake. The icing is great as is, but you can also add any color, flavor or add in to customize this icing for your baking needs.

Each pail contains 32 pounds of cream cheese icing and has an unopened shelf life of four months with storing between 33-60°F. After opening, let it come up to room temperature (65-75°F). We recommend to use it within 15 days after opening for optimal results.
