We have found that Qunol is much better than other brands as it provides better absorption, which is important. I would highly recommend this brand.

I have hypoglycemia and my blood sugar would drop rapidly sometimes, especially if I didn't have enough protein in a meal. Unfortunately, when it drops (especially when out) I would head for the first food I could find (usually junk food). I would carry nuts but even too many nuts are not good for your diet. This product helps me process my foods slowly and avoid those crashes. I take two with breakfast and two with lunch. I never have a crash as long as I am good about taking it.
