Most days I take it, but sometimes I forget. Even with my forgetting, my CoQ10 level is perfect! I just had it tested, and I'm well within normal range. So, I highly recommend this for an easy and affordable way to maintain healthy levels of CoQ10--one pill a day is all it takes for me.

My latest lipid levels, taken only 3 weeks after beginning Qunol Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol, 100 mg, 120 Count. That quickly demonstrated to me and my primary doctor that I had made a good choice! I mentioned to my optometrist, just last week, that I'd seen remarkable changes in my lipid levels. He said he also uses this product and is very satisfied. I cannot use statin drugs and I have a family history of high cholesterol with heart disease. I take care of myself and eat/exercise, but sometimes you just need more to help you along. This product seems to be doing the trick for me. I've also noticed more energy. Can't beat that!.

Have been using Qunol® Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol for some time but ordered another (cheaper) Q10 product last time. It was discontinued! Ordered Qunol® Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol again this time and intend to keep using this product from now on (not THAT MUCH more expensive - and superior absorption and other write-ups about this product make me think it is superior. Highly recommended for all who wish to add Q10 supplement to their medications!

I also have fibromyalgia and am hoping this with help with my chronic fatigue. I did a lot of research and read many reviews and I felt this was one of the best brands to take. When i opened it last week, all of the softgels were stuck together. I managed to break a few off of the pack, but then some started to break apart and the pack became a mess. I only got a few of the softgels to take. Now i don't know what to do with them. Please advise.

I have more energy to do all of this by taking this prior to my activity. Using this for 3 years or more has helped my tolerance to exercise. Glad I had the opportunity to give this product a review.
