I take this with a statin as well for my cholestrol and havent experienced any side effects. I highly recommend it. Its the only supplement that I take right now.

I had heart failure multiple times even when I was on the the other company's medication, however with Qunol brand CoQ10, I am doing a lot better. I tried bargain brands of CoQ10;including higher doses. But, they did eliminate the discomfort. I tried Qunol , and the pain and muscle cramps are a thing of the past.
