I started taking Quinol over a year ago and it has helped my heart health. I started taking the Ubiquinol because I want the more superior absorption. I don't know that it actually is, but my blood pressure numbers are better. I will continue to take this as long as I feel it is helping my heart health.

Reasonably priced!. Tho fairly large, the pills seem to slip down the throat fairly smoothly. My vitals test out very well all the time, so I can assume that this and the other supplements I take are working as expected. I am 90 by the way. I let my medical robiders

This stuff probably works fabulous, but I haven’t been able to sleep since I started it. I even changed dosing from evening to morning. I’m glad I have it. I’m going to try an even earlier dose.

Pill that for me has no noticeable effect on muscle soreness. Should of tried out with something cheaper.
