As a nurse I can say this is the best way to get the active ingredient in coQ 10. quickly absorbed in a readily available form

Pill that for me has no noticeable effect on muscle soreness. Should of tried out with something cheaper.

I bought this to help with leg cramps and they do help. I noticed relief the first day I started taking them.

I have been purchasing Qunol co-q 10 ever since my doctor recommended it. I believe that it helps and benefit me personally.

Previously purchased one of these and loved it. Ended up giving previous one away to a female relative and ordered this one and one more. For another female relative. Work very well. Great price. compact carrying case. Very easy to use

Taste and smells like cheap perfume. I reached out to the company and they started it's the new stay fresh packets they are using. I will not be purchasing again.

This stuff probably works fabulous, but I haven’t been able to sleep since I started it. I even changed dosing from evening to morning. I’m glad I have it. I’m going to try an even earlier dose.
