[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First day taking it will be Saturday 11th 2019. I'm a heart transplant recipient and. Cardiac team highly recommended coq10 ubiquinol form. So here I go. I'll review product after I use it for awhile.

I take Qnol Ubiquinol to help keep my heart healthy. Since I have to take a statin drug, I know this lowers CoQ10 in my body, and we need that since it is so important for our hearts. I chose Qnol because it is better absorbed and used in my body. It doesn't matter what you swallow if you don't properly absorb the nutrients. This is better than regular CoQ10 and works wonderfully! I will continue to purchase this product!

I do not recommend this as it contains polysorbate 80. I didn't realize until I had an inflammatory reaction to it, this is a common 'problem' ingredient so if you have any inflammatory problems (or even if you don't) I recommend finding a different brand for this supplement.

This is my 3rd year taking Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 100 mg. now. I have been taking Simvastatin 10 for a number of years but when working outside I would get some severe body cramps while sleeping either in my back or legs. I read that Qunol with Ubiquinol would help that. Also that Qunol was the best Brand to buy. I more than helps, I have not had a severe cramp since. About once every few month I will get a mild cramp after too much working in the yard. At age 71 it allows me to continue to do my work around the house and yard besides giving the added benefits of better Heart Health. Have recommended this to several friends too. My cardiologist recommended that I start taking CoQ10 for my heart health, and favored Qunol Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol Softgels over all the other CoQ10 products on the market. I've been taking them for close to a year now and I feel like a noticed a difference in my energy level and improved overall general health within mere weeks of starting to take them. I highly recommend them if you are concerned about your heart health and suggest you give them a try too.

Started taking a statin drug 4 months ago. Started having servere muscle pain after three months on the statin. I am a very active person and take no other medications. Since starting a daily dosage of the Ubiquinl Q10, I am no longer experiencing any muscle discomfort.

I've been using this for so long, I'd be afraid to stop now! I did quite a bit of extensive research to decide which CoQ10 to use (and there a LOT of them out there!) Qunol seemed to have everything I was looking for, so I started taking it regularly approximately 10 years ago. Still taking it, so it must be doing some good!

My cardiologist recommended I take co Q for my heart and being on a Statin it was very necessary since it drains your body of Co Q. I did some more research and found that ubiquinol which is a purer form of Co W and I switched. I told my doctor and he said good job for doing your research. I'm happy with the product and so is my heart!

Do your research before purchasing! This product can thicken your blood and if you are on blood thinners or have a blood disorder where your blood is thick, you really shouldn't try it. So sad, because I purchased it to lower my blood pressure and now cannot try it.
