I switched to Ubiquinol on the recommendation of my doctor as it is better absorbed into the system. I believe it is supporting my heart health and have noticed an improvement in my symptoms. I do not have as many episodes of heart flutters since I started taking this. I take one capsule a day. I like that the capsule is easy to swallow and there is no taste at all. I really recommend this product.

After retiring I suffered a stroke and Afib. Asked my Cardiologist if I could continue taking Qunol and his response was "By all means". Will continue using as long as I can.
