This product delivers great health benefits and it's amazing to have it fat-soluble for better absorption. I started taking Qunol Ubiquinol several years ago on the advice of my brother. There has been no dramatic change in the way I feel,but there is a sense of comfort in knowing that I am doing something positive for my health. I never let it run out. Ubiquinol is a highly absorbable form of Co Q-10 that should be a part of everyone's health regimen. Easy to swallow. Mo aftertaste.

Having started fasting and the Keto diet, I started taking this supplement among several others to enhance my daily diet and to build a good healthy baseline for myself.
