Almost 90 now & leg strength was beginning to become more of a problem so I doubled my dosage , 1 pill @ nite ,! pill in the morning . Within 2 day I noticed improved leg strength & my stability had improved.

So now I'm using Ubiquinol because it has superior absorption and from what I understand that becomes more important because our bodies do not respond as well as they should once you get to a certain age. There are no after effects like some products can present. I like the fact your product is packaged and sold in two-month increments so I don't have to think about buying it so often.
