I began taking this product in my mid-forties, and I can walk/jog and never have those jabs of pain in my back. My knees feel great...no stiffness or discomfort. It is easy to use, swallowing is easy & I absorb it extremely well, it does not repeat on me, and most of all it helps my cholesterol levels & heart.. I also use turmeric capsules separately. I have also seen this advertised as a combination, which I will try after completing my Qunol.

I have a sensitive stomach and at 53 I have to be very careful to get what I'm paying for. I went online and found a Mayo Clinic study that said 100% of their Cancer patients were deficient in CoQ10 (not that it would cure it) just that all were deficient in it. I researched CoQ10 and found that the Qunol was the most available to our cells, so I promptly bought the liquid for myself and the gel caps for my dog. she has been on Qunol CoQ10 for 3 years now and I am happy to say that she has not had any more Cancer and the Dr. is baffled!! As for Splash and I, we are lifers ♥♥

They all had been recommended Qunol by their Dr. Another person I know and trust, said he had done a lot of research and of all the supplements he takes Qunol was one he said he would always choose, not some lesser brand. I have had great results. I also tried the liquid form and enjoyed it, however the pill was a little cheaper so that's what I went with. The liquid numeric they have tastes great as well.

I have always been into a healthy lifestyle but for added protection since I have had heart issues my entire life coq10 and especially this product is part of my daily regime. I have an older friend taking This product also. I take the pill form because it is visible on my countertop. I do feel the liquid form most likely has better absorbtion but in the refrigerator it is out of site. The pill absorption is fine just takes longer.
