I was averaging 140/75 and had what is called isolated systolic high blood pressure. Within a couple of weeks of taking this it has dropped to 128/79. Along with a better diet and training this has definitely helped and I will continue to use it long term.

Online accounts indicate that it help with blood pressure and cholesterol - both of which I have issues. It has not brought down either. I take this on faith that it IS doing some good, but I really don't know. I feel the same on or off of it. It is expensive too!
