Best to take with some b-complex vitamins. The pills are quite big to swallow so some who have trouble with large pills might have a problem but other than that I highly recommend.

I would love to say that I 'feel ' the difference, but I don't think CoQ10 is a product that you notice a change. I like that it is water soluble....this is big, many of the aren't.
