[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Ubiquinol for a few months now and I have really noticed the difference in my endurance. My resting heart rate, which is taken while I'm asleep, is that of an athlete. I contribute that to my exercise and the Ubiquinol.

Both my wife of 56 years and I used Qunol products for years. I take one soft gel every day and she takes the liquid Qunol CoQ10 every day. Currently, I am age 78+. P.S. Ladies don't tell their age. My mom was "age 39" right up about to her 80th birthday.

His gums were black, he had no femoral pulse, and the vet said he might live a few weeks. At the recommendation of a naturopath I have him CoQ10 and some other supplements and he lived for two more years. I have taken CoQ10 myself since then and I think it's probably one of the reasons I'm still very active at age 80. I've taken only Qunol Mega since it's been available and believe it's an excellent source of CoQ10.

The best form is Ubiquinol for much better absorption within the body. I tak a statin for high cholesterol and this is the most effective CoQ10 form I have found to reduce muscle pain when taking the statin drug. It works.

So many health supplements are loaded with fillers & additives & I would rather not buy ones like that. However I am happy to see what's not in this ... milk, eggs, fish, wheat, peanuts & soy.
