Although it really is dificult with CoQ10 to tell if it is working, my blood test levels over the period of time I have used it show in the normal range. Since I'm on a statin (Colesterol drug) and a CoQ10 suplement is indicated and the blood tests are normal I have to assume it is working..

HEART LETTERS I SUBSCRIBED TO WOULD RECOMMEND THE "OL" FORM INSTEAD OF THE "ONE" FORM. HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY 14 YEARS AGO AND HAVE FOLLOWED A HEART HEALTHY DIET AND SUPPLEMENTS EVER SINCE.
