[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was requested by my OBGyn that I begin taking the Quinol supplilment each day with breakfast, I have now been taking this suppliment for the past two years and this past January ran out of the product and decided not to continue taking it wondering if it made me feel any better while on it. I will say I have noticed a decrease in energy, motivation and upbeat mood, since I stopped taking Qunol the past few months. Qunol increases my energy, improves my mood and helps with how I feel mentally and physically overall. I am again taking Qunal daily and happy to say all the positive benefits have returned, I do not recommend stop taking this suppliment or buying a less expensive version as I noticed a difference in the store brand as well. I have since qui taking them, started a ketogenic lifestyle and exercising/jogging 3-4 times a week. Once I learned what statins can do your bodies CoQ10 I immediately went out and purchased a bottle but then did a bit more research (I'm an RN) I decided to go with the Qunol Ubiquinol. I started my husband on them as well as he was also taking statins.
