My research led ne to Qunol's best absorption results. Further study taught me Ubiquinol is better for older adults. Of course, I chose Qunol's Ubiquinol, knowing of it's recommendations from Cardiologists and my own results. Been taking this form since 2005. I recommend it to all. I am a RN, people listen.

Have been using Qunol® Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol for some time but ordered another (cheaper) Q10 product last time. It was discontinued! Ordered Qunol® Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol again this time and intend to keep using this product from now on (not THAT MUCH more expensive - and superior absorption and other write-ups about this product make me think it is superior. Highly recommended for all who wish to add Q10 supplement to their medications!

My LDL numbers were down significantly and my cholesterol was down over 53 points. I have always been a runner and recently had a mitral valve repair due to heavy free weight lifting over the last 30 years. I do indulge in pizza parties at times, but Qunol and my cholesterol meds are definitely keeping my numbers in a very healthy range and my cardiologist agrees. Regular CoQ10 is soluble only in fat but Qunol Ubiquinol is soluble on both water and fat, making it more available to cells. With other CoQ10 supplements, your body must first absorb the CoQ10 (a very inefficient process because regular CoQ10 is not soluble in water), and then it must convert the CoQ10 into Ubiquinol in order for your cells to use it. Qunol Ubiquinol is absorbed much more efficiently since it is soluble in both water and fats and is immediately available at the cellular level since there is no need to convert CoQ10 into Ubiquinol, which is the biologically active form of CoQ10. The fact is that with Qunol you get greater absorption of the active form of CoQ10 resulting in maximal antioxidant activity
