He prescribed that I take 200mg of CoQ10 a day - and it had to be the 'good kind' as once over over we begin to lose our ability to process this essential nutrient. Started taking Qunol gels and the cramps have never returned.

It seemed that within just a few weeks, I had the energy to return to my walking routine (4-7 miles per day), In addition, I noted that I no longer needed a foundation product to even out the tones of my facial skin. THough I do not know if this is related, but I had an amazingly quick recovery from a torn meniscus (knee issue), which we thought would require surgery. As for heart, and cholesterol....well, I have not had that checked , but ....it surely cannot hurt., eh? Thank you for this product.

I've been taking it for about a year now, and I've lost 12 pounds, and I'm still gradually losing. Also, people have commented that my complexion has improved, even though I'm now 65 years old. I haven't experienced any side effects, and I've been resistant to many of the illnesses that are "going around."
