But my hand surgeon told me that I should increase my dosage from 100 mg a day to 200 mg. When I found out that Ubiquinol was at least twice as effective as Q10, I immediately switched. As a 75 year old woman, I have been told that I look at least 10 years younger, and I am taking no mediation besides my Thyroid so I believe it is helping me stay healthy and enjoying life without any "old age" complications.
