[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take CoQ10 for my cardio system as recommended by my doctor. The properties of Qunol give me the best chance of success with this because it is one thing to take a supplement but that is meaningless if it is not absorbed by my body.

I eat more potassium rich foods, as well as Barley grass powder, and I take Qunol and fish oil. And I walk 30 minutes a day. My blood pressure is excellent and no more problems with irregular heart beat or palpitations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take this product for two reasons -- I'm on a Statin (which depletes CoQ10), and I'm getting older (wo my body theoretically is having a harder time utilizing CoQ10). I like this product particularly because of the superior absorption. As long as you're spending the money, you want to be sure it's not wasted, right?

Although I do not notice any difference in my body it is a matter of trust that there is some science behind why one form is better than the other. For me, going for a patented product from a trusted buyer is always better than buying something like this based on price only.

So many health supplements are loaded with fillers & additives & I would rather not buy ones like that. However I am happy to see what's not in this ... milk, eggs, fish, wheat, peanuts & soy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on Statin cholesterol lowering meds for 2 years, and they caused muscle aches very bad. I had read about taking CoQ10 when taking Statin drugs. I tried several different brands and some with 500mgs of CoQ10, none of them worked very well. I was about to give up, when a friend of mine who is a RN told me about Qunol CoQ10, I bought some and tried it. After about 2 months on the product, all my muscle pain from the Statins were gone and I felt normal again. As far as I am concerned this is the best CoQ10 product!

That means 6 capsules. Expensive and cumbersome. I will be trying the liquid form, which I understand is absorbed 100%, so I may be able to lower the dosage a bit.
