While doctors advised I take a pill, I opted to get serious with my diet and supplements. I started reducing all dairy and meat and and taking Qunol CoQ10. After 6 months, I tested my LDL again and brought my cholesterol down to a safe level without drugs!

I starting waking in the middle of the night with muscle cramps. I realized it was the switch and went back to Qunol. The cramps cleared up within a few days. I will never use any other brand, Qunol is definitely high quality and worth the slightly higher price. I wish they made a 200mg, I have to take two and it would be good to have 200mg in one pill.

Had heart issues in 2014 and at the time both heart doctors reviewed my supplement list and said to definitely continue using this product. I consider it to be a key part of my overall routine which has helped me return to full heat function (from 10% in 2014).

After six months, they found they were correct; however, after six months of taking Ubiquinol daily, as suggested, my EF increase to 60%, and has been sustained for more than a year. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried several different brands of CoQ10 products to help alleviate cramping and pain in my legs caused by statins, nothing was working. My doctor decided th change my statin meds to a less-favorable type which caused several issues. We decided that I would go back on my original statin and I would keep searching for an appropriate supplement that would work. I picked up the Qunol Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol and started taking as dirrcted. The results were amazing! After about the third week, I had no cramping or pain in my legs! I was genuinely ecstatic! For those of you who deal with this issue, you know how painful and irritating the constant pain and cramping can be so you might be able to understand my joy a bit better. I will never use anything else, and will continue to recommend Qunol products to everyone!
