Because of my age, the most likely reason was because of poor egg quality. After doing a lot of research, I found that many women in my condition were having successful pregnancies after taking Ubiquinol for over 90 says. I decided to give it a try, I had nothing to loose. After taking it for about 2 1/2 months, I became pregnant once again! We were so excited, but also scared to loose another pregnancy. Well, ultrasound after ultrasound, everything always looked good. At about 11 weeks pregnant, doctors recommend women my age to have genetic testing done on the fetus, we thought it would be a good idea to stay ahead of the curve. We could not believe after all of our suffering, we were having a completely healthy boy!!! Our hearts were so full of love and we felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off of us! Our little boy just turned 9 months old last week! I had tried many things and supplements to help me get pregnant. I don't know if taking the Ubiquinol did the trick, but in my heart I believe it did! I have made the decision to keep taking it. I actually just saw this opportunity to leave a review when I opened up my new box tonight. I hope that if you are reading this review, especially if you have been having recurrent miscarriages, that you give this product a try.

Although it really is dificult with CoQ10 to tell if it is working, my blood test levels over the period of time I have used it show in the normal range. Since I'm on a statin (Colesterol drug) and a CoQ10 suplement is indicated and the blood tests are normal I have to assume it is working..

There is, however, a growing belief that COQ10 may be the exception and that it does provide many benefits, especially for prescription statin users (Lipitor etc.). This particular version is Ubiquinol which is most readily absorbed by the body (water and oil soluble). Regular COQ10 must first be converted to Ubiquinol by your body. I will say that I felt a difference almost the very first day since I started taking this product. It is not cheap, but for something that works like this, I will continue to buy it.

My legs have ached when I was tired since I was small. If I did a heavy workout, they ached badly enough that I was unable to sleep. Once I started taking Ubiquinol, the appearance of my skin was restored to normal. I take one in the morning & one in the evening. My legs feel do not ache and I sleep well without the distraction of pain.

My energy level is much better. I broke my back years ago and have had RFA injections and epidurals....... The spasms still prevailed despite muscle relaxers. I am very impressed by the results. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I take one capsule of the Ubiquinol a day and thereby get our daily recommended dosage of CoQ10. It's necessary to keep our hearts in good shape. Wish the capsules were smaller to make it easier to swallow.
