[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken Ubiquinol for the past six years. My doctor recommended Qunol Ubiquinol because of it's superior quality & absorption properties. Other products I'd taken in the past lowered their standards & I could no longer trust those products.

I don't think there are any side effects. I have no way of knowing how much good they are doing but this is the brand I buy and will continue to purchase.

The quality is superior to other brands and the price is great. I wish I knew what country they may have to import ingredients from. I am hoping in the future it will be 100% made in USA.

It's an easy pill to swallow and dissolves in water easily. It's worked consistently well for me with no side effects. I've tried a few products before buying this one and this is by far the best. There's not a single person out there who I wouldn't recommend this to and, if you're not using it now, you should start using it.

It costs more than your CoQ10 because your CoQ10 has Soy in it which is BAD if you are a Male. Soy is a phyto-estrogen and increases Estrogen levels in Men and my Cardiologist is against estrogen hidden in foods..

I also am 68 and know that as we age our natural ability to produce CoQ10 decreases. I take a statin for cholesterol control and statins are know to lower our natural CoQ10 levels. So I want the best form of CoQ10 available. I use this product because Qunol's form of CoQ10 is soluble in both fats and water so its bio-availability in the body is significantly better than all other forms of CoQ10 on the market which are only fat soluble. Powdered forms of CoQ10 do not dissolve in water and because CoQ10 is a very large molecule it has difficulty passing through the intestinal lining. Qunol CoQ10 is designed to dissolve in the watery environment of the intestine and because it is soluble in both fats and water it crosses the intestinal lining more easily. I have narcolepsy and remember almost ALWAYS having to take daily naps. That was many months ago. Now I'm hoping to decrease my blood pressure Med soon. But it certainly MUST be the reason I now have better ability to breathe while running or swimming! I'll continue this product long term.
