I have cardiomyopathy and been taking regular Coq10 for years! A few months ago I decide to try this product instead, nd it took a few weeks to feel the difference but I did!!!! I workout hard and heavy 4 days a week and I now feel a difference in my cardio and my ability to workout without becoming so tired mid way! I was suffering from severe leg and foot cramps many nights in bed even though I drank plenty of water and took daily walks. My Cardiologist recommended that I up my intake of CoQ10, that it would help reduce the cramps. I take a statin that is believed to contribute toward them. He said that Qunol Ultra CoQ10is the one he takes and for me to give it a shot. I have been taking two a day and the difference is amazing! Leg and foot cramps are gone. I will not eat lunch or dinner without taking one. The doctor also recommended it for my circulatory system and I am a believer that Qunol is the best on the market!

I was having a hard time with the side effects of large doses of statins and the Co-Q10 helped a lot. I switched to ubiquinol after reading about the difference between ubiquinol and CoQ-10 that isn't as soluble. I also had some friends who had better results using ubiquinol so I gave it a try.I tried different brands but I found that the Qunol offers the best price per dose by far on the ubiquinol gel caps. I get better energy levels with the Qunol caps than with other brands even though the dosage is the same and it helps more with statin side effects.
