I have disobeyed doctors orders for years in regards to taking statins because every time I took them I would have muscle problems. Well, I'm getting older now and my doctor convinced me that my cholesterol must come down. In the past, I only made it two weeks then I would stop because of some sort of muscle pain or weekness. Well, I've been on 20 mg of Crestor for about two months now with no muscle problems. I attribute this to taking two of these ubiquinol pills per day.
