Have always loved the quick absorption and the taste in the liquid form didn't taste bad. Although the new liquid has been improved. Eventually, after a few months, I can tell I've been amiss because of a general 'tiredness', lethargy and unwelcome "BLAH" feeling begin cropping up. I'm 76, have emphysema and a couple of other health problems the load of which becomes lighter once I begin my Mega-regimen again and stick to it.
