I have always been into a healthy lifestyle but for added protection since I have had heart issues my entire life coq10 and especially this product is part of my daily regime. I have an older friend taking This product also. I take the pill form because it is visible on my countertop. I do feel the liquid form most likely has better absorbtion but in the refrigerator it is out of site. The pill absorption is fine just takes longer.
