It is very easy to digest, and is a great compliment with the red rice yeast I take and the 10mg. Zedec for Cholesterol. My internist is a big believer of this product and I feel great using it.

I was averaging 140/75 and had what is called isolated systolic high blood pressure. Within a couple of weeks of taking this it has dropped to 128/79. Along with a better diet and training this has definitely helped and I will continue to use it long term.
