[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I have needed to take CoQ10 to act in conjunction with my Lipitor intake. I have tried 300 mg of other brands and Qunol has been the best at 100mg. Its not the quantity, but the quality that matters.

I see no reason for not taking this product. I did research on other CO q10 products and found this to be the one for me. I love it because it contains no egg, fish, dairy soy etc. It seems to be working fine for me. Not looking for a miracle drug to boost my energy levels. I have enough of that, though this could be helping! I was looking for a high quality product and seem to have found it here.

When I researched online, I found that CoQ10 may not be properly broken down / absorbed by the body as we get older. Having reached that age (and beyond), I decided the Ubiquinol produced by Qunol was what she should take and we haven't looked back. I started taking it as well just for general good health maintenance.

I believe it has antiinflammatory properties that can help with a couple of autoimmune issues I am having, and also it is reported to have benefits for the heart. I see no downside to taking it, as I have been on it for at least four months and have noticed no unpleasant side effects. I just purchased a second bottle.
