I am 29 and enjoy learning about nutrition in order to preserve and maintain my health and overall energy level. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking this product for many years now. I come from a family of heart conditions. Pretty decent shape for a 57 year old. I walk, try to eat right most of the time, Lift weights at least twice a week and have a small landscaping business I work myself. My family members mostly developed heart trouble in their 40s, Open heart surgery, Stents and medications and deaths. At 55 i felt shortness of breath and ran to the cardiologist. Two days later i had 2 stents put in. I said to my doctor that I take Coenzyme Q10 for years now, how can this have taken place? His response was , with your family history of family members . Thank God you have been taking it !!!

Decided on the ubiquinol since I am 68 years old and can use all the help available. A bit expensive though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying various brands of CoQ10, I wasn't really seeing any results. Then I tried Qunol's Ubiquinol. My circulation has improved and I've experienced a sense of well-being. Part of it, I believe, relates to the additional health benefits of the MCT oil in the gel cap. The size of the gel cap is a little large for some, but it goes down easy and there is no after taste. With the other CoQ10 tablets, if I stopped taking them for a week or so, it was no big deal -- I felt no improvement while taking them and no difference when I stopped taking them. However, with Qunol, I notice the difference within a few days, usually after I finished the bottle and haven't gone to the store. Fortunately, there is a store that carries Qunol products nearby. I have recommended this product to my friends, especially those with health conditions that effect the heart and vascular systems and those who are not seeing results with another CoQ10 product. However, after an appointment with my internist, she strongly suggested that I change to Qunol since it's not only a much better product but is absorbed by the body in a more efficient manner. Previously, I believed that a vitamin was a vitamin, a mineral was a mineral, and so forth, not particularly paying attention to brand names. My doctor said that this may be the case with some products, but with CoQ10, the brand name does make a difference. Yes, it's more expensive, but Qunol works so much better than any other brand. I'm sticking with it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cardiologist recomended i that a coq10 suppliment along with my colestrol stain drug i had been taking for several years as aparently coq10 replaces vitimin k tgat statins seem to reduce over time , so i did some research on the net and read reviews and quinol mega coq10 was top shelf!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product daily. I am on statins, which can deplete CoQ10 in your body and as you get older this depletes naturally....a double whammy. I don't know if this is related to taking this product, however, I am 62 yo and have consistently been told by 25 yo to 50 yo that they don't see me as old as I am due to level of energy and positive attitude. Just sayin ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A tasty liquid supplement is what I need, easy going down and so I look forward to taking it daily. Swallowing more pills is a chore. I know I'll feel more energy after I drink a couple ounces so it take it in the morning. I leave the little measuring cup next to the fridge. If I run out I miss it and notice the energy decline. It helps my chronic fatigue. I'm glad it's good for my arteries and heart and absorbable therefore not wasted. Thanks for this product.
