I researched, reviewied ads and listened to advertisements, and discovered Qunol Ubiquinol. I felt that introducing the body's natural product (Ubiquinol) was my best option and would be easily and more quickly absorbed to benefit my overall health. My wife and I have been using this product for over 5 years and are very happy with the results.

First of all, I have more energy since starting to use this product. The second benefit I have noticed is that I have increased muscle strength. I have read extensively about coQ10 and the ubiquinol form, but I have read nothing significant about the effectiveness of Qunol Mega Ubiquinol as compared to other equivalent products. All I can say is I have no contraindications. The fact that I have maintained reasonably good health might mean it is beneficial, but there is no way to know for sure. Perhaps you could publish some well-controlled, in-depth studies of this product.

I have more energy to do all of this by taking this prior to my activity. Using this for 3 years or more has helped my tolerance to exercise. Since getting 4 stents, I've changed my diet and increased my exercise. I've found though that the medications were leaving me tired and achy and decreasing my interest in exercise. After doing some research and reading about your product I decided to give it a try. I've noticed that the achy feeling has gone away and my interest in maintaining my exercise has increased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was told by my neurologist to take 600mg a day for mitochondrial myopathy for about 15 years. i recently lowered the dosage to 300 mg a day and then 200mg a day and now I am down to 100mg a day and dont notice any difference except I do get more palpitaions than on the higher dose. I used to take co-q10 but switched to this one which I think is better. It is too costly for me to stay on the recommended dosage being on social security. I know my health matters but when you cant afford it you cant afford it. I wish it were at a more reasonable price.
