Although pills are rather large, they are extremely easy to swallow. My last check indicated my cardiovascular and heart were in better shape than my previous visits. I have not positive proof Qunol is helping, as I have not stopped taking it, but I truly believe it has helped my overall health. I will be taking this product for quite some time.

About 16 months ago I had a lung transplant and as a result I take several (many) pills twice a day. When I asked the transplant Pharmacist and the transplant clinic Doctors about coq10 (Ubiquinol) they said absolutely, I could add it to my regular scheduled perscription handful of pills. I attribute taking Ubiquinol to being a major contributor to the fact that I am doing well, heart is strong, new lung is doing OK and I am still here.

I use this product because of the superior absorption rate over the standard Co Q 10. Most of Co Q 10 is not absorbed into the body as easily as Mega Ubiqunol, and this is a scientific fact. It is a little more pricey, but it beats the Co Q 10 product that is excreted in the urine.
