I love the fact that it's water and fat soluble which I believe greatly improves the absorption. Also Broadens the times I can take it during the day. When I took only the fat soluble type I had to remember to take it with a meal or a fatty snack to be sure of absorption. The health benefits are numerous.. I will be taking this brand indefinitely.
