I see many patients shy away from some products due to cost but what I explain to them is if the product your buying isn't absorbed then there is no therapeutic benefit. Apparently a side effect of cholesterol medication, the pain was 'cured' by Co Q 10. Two 100 mg tablets a night have enormous health benefits. I highly endorse this product!!

Although it really is dificult with CoQ10 to tell if it is working, my blood test levels over the period of time I have used it show in the normal range. Since I'm on a statin (Colesterol drug) and a CoQ10 suplement is indicated and the blood tests are normal I have to assume it is working..
