At first I didn't think it was doing anything but then we ran out and I found I wasn't sleeping as well, constipated, and overall sluggish not feeling 100% and I still didn't associate with taking Qunol. Husband got some more and I took again and wow, within 2 days all that went away. It just makes my organs and body function more efficiently. Try it and test it, I'm confident you'll feel a difference!

Well, actually I don't have anything but subjective, anecdotal evidence but I feel very healthy and upbeat when I take Qunol everyday and I notice a difference in my energy when I run out of Qunol and don't replace it right away.

If my body reacts badly of course I know what did it (iron in a vitamin, bleh) but I was taking 100 MG CoQ10 and never noticed anything. Taking this one I saw a huge difference in my energy and alertness. It completely removed my 3pm slump, and that was on a day that I didn't get much sleep due to a cold. This one is a must IMO.

I have noticed being less tired but not to the extent I'd like. This has been a very stressful time at work, so now that things are calming down I'll see if this supplement gives me more energy. The gel capsules are large but easy to swallow and I do not experience any adverse side effects from taking them.

That was enough for me. I've been taking a statin for over 10 years and have never had a problem with side effects.

I have atrial fibrillation and I am absolutely positive it helps keep my ticker beating regular. I also think it helps with my immunity level since I have a strong history of breast and ovarian cancer in the family and so far ( I am 57 years old) I am doing good in that department. I will take CoQ 10 together with Omega -3 for the rest of my life. Keep up the good work!
