[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on satins for almost 20 years and have taken a qunol CoQ10 product everyday and have never had any symptoms of CoQ10 deficiency. A couple of years ago I switch to the Ubiquinol version and even more satisfied. I know that one 100 mg capsule provides the same amount of usable CoQ10 to my system as 300 or 400 mg of some other brand CoQ10.

I want to say it was immediate, but the cramps lessened the first week and became a rare occurrence after that. When I mentioned the CoQ10 to my doctor, she affirmed its use stating my natural CoQ10 levels were probably low.

I take statin to control my cholesterol, and had some soreness in my muscles because of that. This product ubiquinol took the soreness away.....

On the advice of my chiropractor who has an additional degree in nutrition I tried Qunol. I've had great luck since then without a single problem taking my statin.
