[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was prescribed a statin drug by my Doctor, and research said that they lower your CoQ10 in your system, so I got this to compensate. I don't know if the CoQ10 had anything to do with it, but after I had a blood test for my cholesterol, my Dr. had me stop taking the statin. I plan on continuing with the CoQ10 anyway, since it is a good supplement to take.

Regardless, when I take it in the morning, I can tell that I have not energy afterwards. Just wish it was more affordable.

I know that as important as CoQ10 is, it's hard to absorb especially once you hit 40. So Ubiqunol is readily absorbed and you can trust that you're getting what you need. Packaging looks great. Marketing makes it sound great. But it is HUGE and I can't swallow it. Most ubiquinol gel caps are very small, so this must be full of fillers. I will stick with much cheaper Spring Valley Ubiquinol even though it has additives it doesn't need.

I suggested Cunol Mega CoQ10 to my brother, as he was also taking a statin. We both agree, it's the best suggestion to help in making our prescriptions work their best.
