I have been on very high doses of statins for 5 years now. I have used this Qunol Mega Ubiquinol 100mg consistiently for almost 2 years now. (Aug 2018) After research of absorption, benefits I decided on this brand. I take 400mg every day. It took 2+ mos for me to feel a definite difference in energy level. So compare the differences in the Coq10 products for yourself. It may not take as long for you to feel the difference...or have patience if it does take longer. I had 3 years of heavy statins before I started Coq10. So hang in there and give your body what it needs.
