I asked to have 3 months and see if I could get it down. Without altering what I eat, I started taking fish oil and qunol and having a spoonful of fiber each day. In 3 months both my cholesterol and triglycerides were in normal range and I felt better physically and it even improved my mood. I have already recommended it to others.
